    Q:
What should be done for the 2001 Subaru Forester regarding the hub and bearing assembly? Posted by Customer
    A:
Due to the special tools and expertise required to press the hub and bearing from the steering knuckle, this job should be left to a professional mechanic. However, the steering knuckle and hub may be removed as an assembly and taken to an automotive machine shop or qualified repair facility for service. Refer to Section 7 for the steering knuckle and hub removal procedure.
